Our client, a B2B SaaS company in the golf and hospitality technology space, is looking for an Implementation Specialist to guide clients through smooth software onboarding. This role focuses on configuring systems, coordinating go-live projects, and training users — taking client operations from setup to full adoption. 
What does your day look like: 
Configure software ecosystems according to client needs 
Manage onboarding projects, ensuring timelines are met and risks are mitigated 
Train clients and support users through go-live 
Assist with data migration and post-launch follow-up 
Contribute to best practices and internal documentation 
You will do well if you: 
Have 1–3 years of experience in software implementation or client onboarding
