Implementation Specialist

Job Overview

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful implementation of software configurations for clients. This role involves working primarily with our implementation manager and technical consultant teams to ensure they are implemented and reviewed accurately and on time, to protect customer implementation project success.

Work Set up: Full-time | Onsite

Location: 12F GH Tower Offices, Greenhills, San Juan City

Responsibilities

• Act as a project team member for multiple customer-facing projects concurrently, asynchronously supporting teams in multiple timezones.
• Support implementation team operations and growth through project and onboarding coordination and collaboration
