The Associated Press seeks an Implementation and Support Specialist to work on its Workflow Solutions team providing assistance to media companies who use software that AP licenses.
This position is to be based in Mexico or Colombia.
**Responsibilities**:
Provide on-site, telephone and remote support for software and systems used in television, radio, online and network newsrooms in North, Central and South America.
Systems include ENPS, AP Storytelling, ENPS Mobile and add-ons.
