Lead the end-to-end execution of the deployment plan for the assigned market from preparation to hypercare completion 
Build a strong partnership with local leadership, acting as the single point of contact for all implementation topics 
Guide and coordinate the local implementation squad to ensure alignment, motivation, and effective issue resolution 
Track and report business and technical readiness, proactively managing risks and resolving blockers 
Safeguard business continuity by planning and overseeing a smooth cutover and go-live 
Coordinate delivery of local training and change activities, ensuring strong user adoption
