Implementations Associate

As an Implementation Associate, you are the engine of our campaign execution. You will bridge the gap between creative strategy and technical delivery by managing influencer and maintaining our internal data ecosystem. This role requires a data-first mindset and the ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Data Integrity & Management: Take full ownership of the Campaign Master Sheet. You will be responsible for populating, updating, and auditing all data points—from influencer contact info and contract status to live link tracking.
• Insight Gathering: Monitor active campaigns to extract actionable insights. You won't just report numbers; you'll identify why certain creators or content styles are over-performing.
• Sheet Population: Ensure all project data sheets (including talent vetting logs and product tracking) are populated with 100% accuracy in real-time.
• Campaign Logistics: Manage the end-to-end workflow
