Import Air and Seafreight Operations Specialist

Job Description:

• Must have full knowledge of end-to-end import operations air and sea
• Handling client calls and coordinating with the team
• Registration consolidation and shipment processing
• E-documentation (e-docing)
• Monitoring of shipments, including TS checks and ETA tracking
• ISF (Importer Security Filing) management
• Coordination with transportation, monitoring of delivery and brokerage services.
• Email management
• Doc loading
• Outturn
• Invoicing

Requirement:

• Experience with Cargowise or similar systems is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in EDI and Incoterms
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Strong familiarity with internet and MS Office applications
• Amenable to work in rotating shifts, holidays and weekends
