Import And Export Analyst

Position summary:

Perform all activities and documentation required for the import and export of raw materials, machinery and equipment, tools and any other product purchased abroad or manufactured at the Chihuahua Plant in accordance with Mexican legislation and the countries of origin and/or destination.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the information and documentation required for imports.
• Perform all the required activities that allow the correct export of products in compliance with the applicable legal requirements.
• Prepare Mexican and American invoices for import and/or export, temporary, definitive or virtual.
• Coordinate and send import/export documents to the Mexican and American customs agency.
• Coordinate Mexican and American carriers (air, sea and land).
• Perform duty payment reporting and coordinate with the customs broker and finance for payment of duties. <...
