Import and Export Coordinator

Ensure the timely and compliant delivery of raw materials, spare parts, machinery, and finished goods under optimal conditions.

Main Functions and Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate export shipments according to customer requirements
• Manage export documentation and ensure timely processing with government agencies
• Prepare and compile all required export documents
• Track shipments through final destination and provide status updates
• Prepare freight quotations for maritime, air, and ground transportation
• Define and implement KPIs to measure export performance
• Coordinate imports
• Develop and evaluate transportation service providers and customs brokers
• Supervise staff under charge

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Customs, International Trade, or a related field.
