Import and Inventory Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely payment of import duties accurately.

Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries, and resolving any discrepancies.

Handle the monitoring of spare parts.

Coordinate with other units/departments to accomplish the above tasks.

Handles inventory documentation. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's in Accounting or Custom or with equivalent experienced in Importation, and Logistics.

Good communication skills

Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented

Commitment to excellent customer service

Ability to prioritize and manage multi-task

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Willing to work in Binakayan, Kawit Cavite
