Import and Order Management Coordinator

PURPOSE OF JOB

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Import & order management coordinator

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders,

import coordination, customs documentation, freight administration, and related operational

support.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management Commercial divisions

• Coordinate with freight forwarders and vendors by managing orders, bookings, and commercial documentation
• Monitor cargo readiness and shipment timelines, updating merchandise reports accordingly
• Create, maintain, and update order files and merchandise reports, including weekly reporting and status movements
• Respond to and resolve buyer, forwarder, and supplier queries timeously, ensuring smooth end-to-end shipment flow
