Job Description

Inter-Island Shipments

• Process inter-island shipment orders, including receiving orders from Sales Executives, coordinating with the Warehouse Team for order picking, and preparing invoices.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and airlines for shipment bookings and scheduling.
• Coordinate with third-party trucking companies for reefer truck rentals when required.
• Handle and complete documentary requirements for inter-island shipments.
• Secure COMI and MIC documents for meat products in compliance with NMIS regulations.
• Apply for shipping permits for meat products.
• Complete and process LTP permit requirements for items regulated by BFAR.
• Process CPR documentation for FDA-regulated products.
• Coordinate with third-party cutting facilities for the cutting and preparation of meat products.
