About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Importation Assistant to support our import operations. The ideal candidate will assist with shipment coordination, documentation, and customs clearance to ensure timely and compliant importation of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.)
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
• Track incoming shipments and follow up on delays or discrepancies
• Support customs clearance processes and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain accurate import records and filing systems
