Recruit AI is seeking a diligent Import Documentation & Costing Executive to expertly manage import documentation and shipment processes ensuring seamless coordination with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents. This role is pivotal in monitoring shipment schedules for timely consignment clearance, preparing and maintaining accurate import records, and calculating precise product costing and landed costs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of import procedures, financial analysis related to imports, and proficiency in FAST accounting software and MS Excel to support accurate record-keeping and effective import expense management. While this position does not involve managing a team, it demands a professional attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a collaborative office environment.
