Import Export Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist Import/Export Supervisor in monitoring and exportation of shipments.
• Check accuracy of shipping documents and coordinate corrections with concerned groups
• Monitor import/export shipment status with Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders and shipping line.
• Maintain and update import/export monitoring file

Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration
- With at least 2 years working experience in the related field
- Licensed Custom Broker is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in computation of duties/taxes and import/export operations
