Import Export Assistant

Position Overview:

The Import-Export Assistant supports daily international trade and logistics operations by coordinating import and export activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, maintaining accurate operational records, and supporting cross-functional communication. This role works closely with customs brokers, freight providers, and internal departments to support efficient and compliant import-export processes.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support import and export operations to ensure compliance with Mexico and U.S. customs regulations, including U.S. and MX HTS classification, country of origin, customs valuation, and product descriptions.
• Execution and coordination of virtual transfer movements related to import-export operations.
