Job Description

                    Responsibilities IMMEX Operations, Import & Export activities, Trucking Companies & Mexican/US Brokers Coordination. 
Annex 24 (Intrade as a plus). 
Main Task: Imports and exports operations coordination of Service IMMEX company. 
Freight Arrangements & Follow up with Trucking Companies. 
Coordination with MX & US Customs Brokers. 
Updating law & regulation changes as soon as they are published in the D.O.F. 
Ensure that the Company complies with global trade laws, and utilizes laws and mechanisms to reduce duty and tax liabilities. 
NAFTA knowledgeable. Manage the correct application of the North America Free Trade Agreement. 
Oversee import and export transactions to ensure compliance with Mexico and U.S. Customs regulations, including US and MX HTS code, country of origin, value and description.
