We are seeking a detail-oriented Import & Export Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage international shipments, provide sales support, and ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export operations including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking
• Provide support to the sales team with order processing and customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with international trade regulations
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
• Monitor shipment timelines and resolve any logistical issues promptly
