• Position Title: Import Export Customer Service Officer
• Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm, Sat 8.30am-1pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary $3,000 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and follow up on daily trucking status.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
• Liaise with shipping lines or agents for empty container returns/collection and cost details.
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers/consignees regarding depot or transport matters.
• Plan delivery schedules according to customer requirements.
• Prepare billing once the job is completed.
