Designation- Import - Export Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2-3 years
CTC Range: ₹30 K–₹35 K/month (as per experience & expertise).
Key responsibilities
• Plan and execute import/export shipments end-to-end: booking, pickup, stuffing, dispatch,
clearance, delivery.
• Prepare/check documents: commercial invoice, packing list, purchase order, BL/AWB,
shipping bill, bill of entry, COO, insurance, test/inspection docs (as applicable).
• Coordinate with CHA/customs broker, freight forwarder, shipping line/airline to ensure
timely customs clearance and minimal demurrage/detention.
• Ensure compliance: DGFT, Customs, GST export rules (LUT/zero-rated), IEC/AD code
documentation, and internal SOPs.
• Track shipments daily; share ETA updates and exceptions proactively with
Sales/SCM/Finance.
• Support duty calculations and landed cost working; validate vendor invoices vs quotes and
highlight variances.
