Responsibilities for import export

• Organize oversea shipment by adhering to the given shipping instruction and be able to arrange shipment efficiently in a timely manner through different modes of transportation

• Organize an oversee Import / Export customs clearance and drayage operations

• Plan, negotiate and coordinate with all business partners such as carrier, freight forwarder, shipping & customs team, transport subcontractors and warehouse team to ensure smooth import and export operation

• Prepare related documents
• Manage any relevant operational issues and provide efficient and timely problem solving

• Provide effective support to the warehouse operations, includes (but not limit to) financial reports administration, document administration, AP/AR and o...
