Transmit on a monthly basis the I-Xport inventory backflush report to SAT.
Such report needs to be cross-referenced and analyzed using the DataStage report and compared against the SAP Inventory results at month-end 2.
Maintain and renew the Value Added Tax certification (CIVA) 3.Maintain and renew the Inspection at Origin (RO) certification, monitoring all supplier discrepancies and amending import pedimento data 4.Maintain and renew the OEA certification, keeping all procedures up to date will all related company departments critical for this certification.
5.Update all USMCA certificates for raw materials and finished goods on a yearly basis, or as new products become available.
Working in conjunction with the corporate Customs Compliance team 6.Maintain the I-Xport database up to date with all new MX/US customs regulations, SAP material master data, finished product labors updates, HTS codes, component unit costs, etc ...
