Activities

• Customs documentary audit. Physical finding of every customs files that we should have by legal rulings.
• Production floor audit in order to demonstrate the legal possession of the equipment and materials.
• Customs and trade compliance ruling publications analysis along with management.
• Experience working with I-XPORT preferably.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience with Mexican trade and customs audit area as required by sat.
• Creation of a Mexican trade compliance matrix
• Mexican customs entry form (pediment) corrections, change of regimen and legalization's.
• Final destination probe of the materials imported under temporary legal terms with the immex program thru the analysis and compilation of the annex 24 balance reports.
