About the role

We are looking for an IMPORT OCEAN CUSTOMER SERVICE professional to join our team at Hecny Forwarders Incorporated. This is a full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in the freight/cargo forwarding industry.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer enquiries and requests related to import ocean freight services in a timely and efficient manner
• Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on-time delivery and keeping customers informed of the status
• Preparing and processing documentation for import ocean freight shipments
• Liaising with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues or concerns
• Providing updates and reports to customers as required
