Import Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Import Officer to manage and support import operations. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of import procedures, international trade terms, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (MD 365 F&O), and strong Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle import documentation and shipment processes
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents
• Ensure compliance with import regulations and company policies
• Track shipments and follow up on deliveries
• Maintain accurate import records in MD 365 F&O and Excel

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of import procedures and Incoterms
• Experience using MD 365 F&O (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Logistics or any relevant field
