Import Specialist

About the role

As an Import Specialist at CRG Services Corp./ Texicon Agriventures Corp., you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end import process for our growing importer and distributor business. This full-time position is based in Santolan Pasig City Metro Manila, and you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant movement of goods through customs and into our customers' hands.

What you'll be doing

1. Liaising with customers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to coordinate import activities
2. Preparing and submitting all necessary documentation for import clearance, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations
3. Monitoring shipment progress and proactively addressing any issues or delays
4. Ensuring compliance with all applicable import regulations and laws
5. Maintaining accurate records and providing detailed reporting on import activities
