Import Supervisor

PT Vision Ease Asia is currently seeking a highly capable and experienced professional to fill the position of Import Supervisor. This role plays a strategic function in ensuring all import activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable customs regulations while supporting the company’s operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all import activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with Indonesian customs regulations
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of import documentation, including Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, and other supporting documents
• Handle and process import permits, including customs documentation such as BC 2.3
• Coordinate closely with external parties, including Customs (Bea Cukai), forwarders, shipping lines, and relevant authorities
• Monitor end-to-end import processes to ensure timely and smooth delivery of goods
