Importation Assistant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Finance/Business-related course
• With at least one (1) year of related experience in Importation is preferred
• Experience in Finance or Logistics company is an advantage
• With good verbal and written communication skills
• Computer savvy

Brief Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with the Procurement team regarding invoices, claims, cargo-ready schedules, SAP entries, etc.
• Coordinates and monitors shipments with brokers, receiving unit and procurement team
• Prepares various bank forms for remittances, deposits, encashments, bills payments, etc.
• Processes various transactions with our different banking partners
• Maintains the proper and timely filing and updates of all documents related to the department, as well as the various trackers and logs assigned
