Importation Assistant

Job Summary

The Importation Assistant supports the end-to-end importation process of diagnostic and medical products, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-efficient clearance and delivery. This role coordinates with customs brokers, freight forwarders, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure full compliance with Philippine importation, FDA, and Bureau of Customs (BOC) regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process importation documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bill of lading/airway bill, certificates of origin, and import permits.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and airlines for shipment clearance and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Bureau of Customs (BOC), FDA Philippines, and other relevant regulatory agencies for diagnostic and medical products.
