Position Summary

• Identify and develop suppliers of materials and services;
• Prepare and implement supply contracts;
• Provide service to internal and external clients;
• Execute the quotation process;
• Obtain cost savings through negotiations;
• Execute the purchase process for services, products, raw materials, and equipment;
• Process purchase orders;
• Track the delivery flow;
• Monitor shipments and deliveries;
• Receive purchase requisitions;
• Perform follow-up;
• Act as an intermediary for orders between requesters and suppliers;
• Prepare import and export documentation;
• Coordinate import and export operations for sales orders;
• Process the issuance of documents and certificates;
• Perform import and export calculations;
• Monitor import and export projections;
• Contact importers, exporters, customs brokers, and freight forwarders. • Address demands, complaints, and inquiries;
