Job description:

Booking

• Receives proforma booking from Shipper or Sales in-charge through email.
• Send initial booking to carrier/co-loader
• Receives booking confirmation/Authority to Withdraw (ATW) from carrier
• Send shipping details including vessel, ETD, ETA and cut offs to Shipper
• If brokerage is handled by MLG, send advance copy of booking details to Brokerage team for their reference.
• Input the shipment details to Sysfreight (MLG system) and generate MSO (Master Service Order) for internal reference.

TSR (Trucking Service Request)

• Prepares TSR (generate thru Sysfreight) with complete details such as container size, cargo pick up date, location, time and cargo cut off.
• Attached Authority to Withdraw (ATW) to the request
• Forward TSR request to Landtrans department
• Monitors container location for shipper's updates
• Forward container details to shipper.
