Import/Export Clerk

**Job Description:**

Under direct supervision, performs a variety of administrative tasks related to the temporary importation of materials and the exportation of temporary products.

**Job Requirements:**

+ Provides the Mexican customs broker with the relevant information needed to consolidate import entries.
+ Verifies compliance with established delivery schedules and quantities of goods with Warehouse personnel.
+ If the goods meet all requirements, the import is processed immediately.
+ If the goods do not meet all requirements, performs all necessary procedures such as maquila program updates and, if applicable, sectoral promotion.
+ Updates the export database.
+ Provides both the U.S. and Mexican customs brokers with the required information to ensure the correct tariff classification.
+ Verifies that Warehouse has the correct list of materials to be exported.
+ Prepares the export invoice.
