Import/Export Customer Service Officer

Position: Import / Export Customer Service ( Officer | Executive)
Salary: $2600-$3500
Working Day: Mon-Sat | 9am-5.30pm | 9am-1pm (Alt Sat)
Working Location: Alps Ave (nearest MRT Changi Airport)

Job Responsibilities: Export

• Direct Customer Contact: Excellent, amiable, and trustworthy service is provided.
• After receiving the booking, be sure you give the customer the flight information within the allotted time (one hour).
• When processing the export work order, make sure that the export documents are compliant.
• Apply for the appropriate export permission and expedite the processing of other export customs.
• All calls must be answered within three ringing tones. (without fail)
• Always keep an eye on the onboard status and notify the customer of any irregularities.
• Good communication between all relevant departments, such as the planning team, operations, warehouse, and traffic.
