Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Sales & Import Coordinator. The Sales & Import Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities and handling import documentation. This role also involves maintaining effective communication with customers and providing exceptional customer service.

• Review forecast import quantities from the Sales Team to ensure optimal stock levels
• Arrange and coordinate import shipments from HQ/origin country to Singapore
• Prepare and verify shipping, import, and customs documents in compliance with Singapore regulations
• Monitor shipment schedules, resolve delays/issues, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
