JAYAPURI SDN BHD (UPS COURIER)

• Daily monitoring of shipment movement using internal systems.
• Shipment downloading and updating using internal system, mobile apps, with MS excel report in a daily basis
• Liaise internal Departments in the office for relevant documents, info clarification, clearance and delivery of the import shipments
• Monitor and reply emails / SMS / Whatsapp messages from local and international clients and partners with regards to shipment collections, status, and other inquiries related to assigned task
• Sorting and disposal of abandoned shipments
• Document filing
• Key entry into internal system and document preparation of export shipments
