Job Description

                    Responsibilities Coordinate and track shipments of goods for import and export. 
Ensure that all necessary documents and permits are obtained and filed correctly. 
Communicate with suppliers, clients, and service providers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods. 
Monitor shipments for compliance with regulations and international trade laws. 
Create and manage schedules and timelines for shipments. 
Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and shipping companies. 
Determine the most efficient transportation routes and methods. 
Resolve any issues or delays that arise in the shipment process. 
Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and trade agreements. 
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all shipments and transactions. 
Prepare FIRS for clearance of food ingredient shipments from Dubai Municipality. 
Obtain EPDA permits for clearance and customs purposes....
