Imports Associate

Job description:

Imports Associate is responsible for providing assistance and to liaise with clients. S/he works together with the logistics operators and customs to plan and track shipments, and ensure goods are cleared through customs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordinates all deliveries from the airport/sea port/ broker's warehouse to facility or client.

2. Prepares and checks all the documentary requirements are accomplished and complete for shipment clearance.

3. Informs the scheduled arrival and deliveries of the shipment.

4. Prepares weekly/monthly reports on the status of shipments and deliveries.

5. Prepare purchase order and keeps record.

6. Maintaining and recording of database.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in any Business Course
• With 1 year corporate experience is an advantage. But FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to APPLY.
