Job Description
Imports Associate is responsible for providing assistance and to liaise with clients. S/he works together with the logistics operators and customs to plan and track shipments, and ensure goods are cleared through customs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates all deliveries from the airport/sea port/ broker's warehouse to facility or client.
Prepares and checks all the documentary requirements are accomplished and complete for shipment clearance.
Informs the scheduled arrival and deliveries of the shipment.
Prepares weekly/monthly reports on the status of shipments and deliveries.
Prepare purchase order and keeps record.
Maintaining and recording of database.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in any Business Course
- With 1 year corporate experience is an advantage. But FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to APPLY.
