Job Description:

• Author of IMS group related Management System documents for review and approval.
• Compose and revise as draft version of common management system document/s for review and approval.
• Operate and do basic troubleshooting of E-doc system.
• Compose and revise as draft version of the training and examination materials for the conduct of IMS trainings.
• These are for review and approval by superiors
• Prepare the IMS reports for Management Review and for IMS meetings with analysis of issues and its proposed improvement actions. These are for review and approval by superior.
• Formulates Internal Audit Calendars (System Audit, Process Audit & Product Audit) of the company.
• Formulates Internal Audit Calendars (System Audit, Process Audit & Product Audit) of the company.
