■ Job Purpose
 1. Ensure Project Management with quality, on-time and within budget 
 2. Lead, manage and coach Project Team Members 
 3. Main Channel to Sponsor and Project Team Members specific to the Study 
 4. Responsible for developing Project Management Plan, Monitoring Plan, Subject Recruitment and 
Retention Plan, Communication Plan, Risk Management and Contingency Plan, and Co-Monitoring 
Visit Plan specific to the Study to ensure the quality 
 5. Ensure efficient, effective and timely implementation and completion of projects.

 1. Report to Clinical Operation Manager
