Knowledge of Material Planning, production planning & control (PPC) and Procurement Function
Preparation of Production plan and release on monthly basis
Inventory control - Raw material, WIP and FG: Steering as per target, measures, Risk mitigation
Master Data maintenance - System based planning [MRP] parameters and timely updation
Continuous improvement in MOQ, Leadtime, TPT and relevant KPIs
Forecasting and Demand Planning as per Sales Input and execution in alignment with Customer delivery
Able to Lead global sourcing initiatives for key raw materials, ensuring cost-effective procurement and maintaining high-quality standards to support production needs.
Knowledge of Supplier based creation and coordinating with purchase team and global mentor Including SA, info record and EDI/ASN set up., TLV agreement Communication platform steps up, CTG and CTX for Import -Export approval process, Custom ...
