Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to achieve production targets and support the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Value Stream Supervision:
  • Shift planning of the associates to ensure daily production goals 
  • Ensure SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery) targets are achieved for assigned areas of responsibility
