Are you passionate about quality, agriculture, and delivering world‑class produce? We are looking for a Quality Manager – In Field to join our Technical/Operational team and play a key role in ensuring premium blueberry quality from farm to packhouse.

Reporting to the Product Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing product quality in-field by supporting growers, training harvesting teams, and ensuring adherence to quality and harvest protocols.

This is a hands‑on, field‑based role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic agricultural environment.
