In House Accountant

We are a growing group of companies in real estate development, property leasing, and merchandising operating in a family-oriented environment. We're looking for a seasoned In-House Accountant (5–10 years experience) who can manage end-to-end accounting operations and provide financial direction to improve cost efficiency and overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting books and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly/annual financial statements.
• Handle BIR filings, VAT, and project-related taxes.
• Track project costs, sales, and expenses with accuracy.
• Recommend financial strategies for cost control and budget optimization.
• Supervise documentation, compliance, and audit coordination.

Qualifications:
BS Accountancy graduate (CPA preferred)
