In-house Influencer

Responsibilities

1. Brand Representation:
   Act as a primary face of the brand across social media, livestreams, and events, maintaining a pleasant, consistent, professional, and fun persona.
2. Content Collaboration:
   Partner with Content Strategists to plan and produce engaging content (videos, live sessions, street interviews).
3. Monitoring & Analysis:
   Monitor followers' comments and interactions, evaluate engagement data, and suggest directions to help foster a supportive brand community.
4. Performance Goals:
   Work toward specific KPIs (followers, engagement rate, conversions), regularly reviewing progress with the Content Supervisor and Influencer Content Manager.
5. Feedback & Adaptation:
   Incorporate editorial feedback, refine personal style, and experiment with new formats or content angles to keep audiences engaged.
