Job Description

What will you be doing?

Providing commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice and support across a broad range of business activities and client engagements

Advising on client contracts such as engagement terms, master services agreements, client secondments, non-disclosure agreements, reliance letters, and release letters

Advising on a wide range of legal, risk, and compliance matters affecting the firm, including intellectual property and data protection issues

Supporting the business in understanding the legal and regulatory implications of new service lines and modelling and analytics tools, including drafting associated contractual documentation and website terms

Working closely with the Data Protection and Information Security team, providing advice on privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity requirements
