In-House Recruiter DTC / Ecommerce

We’re Seranova, a hyper-growth DTC brand expanding our internal team across Creative, Marketing, Ops, Product, and CX.

We’re looking for an In-House Recruiter who can own the full hiring pipeline — from posting roles to running first-line interviews to delivering qualified candidates fast.

You must have experience hiring for DTC, e-commerce, or subscription-based brands .

• Manage all open positions across the organization.
• Work directly with department heads to define role requirements, scorecards, and hiring criteria.
• Post jobs across all platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Workable, RemoteOK, niche creator/marketing boards).
• Manage paid job campaigns and optimize for cost-per-applicant & quality-per-applicant.
• Maintain structured pipelines inside our ATS.
