Job Description

Acorn Perinatal Society is recruiting for the In-House Registered Midwife (IHRM 2.0) program at Victoria General Hospital in Victoria, BC. 
This Is a Hospital-based Role Supporting Community Midwives With triage & inpatient assessments 
induction starts 
labour support/labour sitting 
antenatal assessments & NSTs 
cesarean assist 
patient flow support on L&D 
The role is ideal for experienced midwives who enjoy high-acuity clinical work, teamwork, and hospital-based practice without full community call responsibilities. 
We’re Recruiting For ongoing positions 
casual shifts 
short-term locum placements 
Projected compensation by summer 2026 is estimated at ~$75–95/hr with target compensation around ~$100/hr.
