About the role

Calamba Doctors Hospital is seeking an experienced in-house security personnel to join our team in Calamba City, Laguna. This full-time role is responsible for providing comprehensive security services to protect the hospital, its staff, patients, and visitors. As a key member of our Trades & Services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.

What you'll be doing

• Patrolling the hospital premises and monitoring CCTV footage to detect and deter any suspicious or unlawful activities
• Responding to emergency situations and incidents, and coordinating with relevant authorities as required
• Controlling access to the hospital by monitoring and managing the visitor check-in process
• Ensuring compliance with hospital security policies and procedures
