In-House Senior Legal Counsel Needed

In this pivotal role, the Senior Legal Counsel will report to the Legal Director and engage in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating relevant contracts that support AVEVA's business strategies. You'll also counsel on compliance issues while maintaining strong relationships with business units and external partners. A solution-oriented mindset will help you manage risks and close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate software and service agreements
• Maintain compliance knowledge and support regulations
• Liaise with external counsel as needed
• Participate in special legal projects
• Establish strong interdepartmental relationships
Requirements:
• Juris Doctorate and active bar association membership
• Over 5 years of relevant legal experience
