In-House Service Technician

Anton Paar will establish a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Santiago de Chile starting in January 2026. Therefore, we are looking for someone to join our team as In-House Service Technician.The In-House Service Technician is responsible to provide expert technical support, repair, and calibration services while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to customers via telephone and email.
• Deliver outstanding repair, maintenance, and calibration services.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, maintaining strong client relationships.
• Prepare estimates for the cost of repair
• Plan and document all repair and maintenance activities independently.
• Performing factory calibrations (ISO 17025, if required).
• Taking responsibility for personal warehouse / stock.
• Forwarding sales opportunities to Sales Representatives when instruments need to be replaced.
